Archaeological Site Suppressed in Waipoua Forest

After initially beeing drawn to this area by an anomalous Satellite picture on Google Earth I purchased a high resolution Multispectral Image of the Waipoua Forest area and to my amazement several dozen inexplicable features have been revealed.The area in the adjacent image was enlarged to show what looked to me like the remnant base of a large Dam.My reasoning that it may have been a dam is because it spans a large valley with a substantial stream that if Dammed would create a lake of considerable size due to the
